These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Sahasra Digital Signage (SDS) platform provided by ATHENTECH India Pvt. Ltd. By accessing the portal you agree to be bound by these terms.
Access to the CMS is granted to authorised users of a subscribing organisation under a named, role-based account. Accounts must not be shared. A single active session is enforced per account.
You agree to publish only lawful content that you are entitled to display, and not to use the platform to distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful material. Emergency broadcast features must be used responsibly.
Service is provided for the term of a valid subscription. On expiry, CMS access and connected display playback may be suspended until the subscription is renewed.
We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated through the platform where practical.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATHENTECH is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform.
