This Privacy Policy explains how ATHENTECH India Pvt. Ltd. handles information within the Sahasra Digital Signage platform.
We process account details (name, email, role, branch), authentication data, sign-in logs (time, IP, device), and operational telemetry from connected displays (status, heartbeat metrics).
Data is used to authenticate users, enforce security (single-session, audit trails), operate and monitor displays, and support the service. We do not sell personal data.
Each organisation's content, users and devices are logically isolated. Users can only access data belonging to their own organisation.
Logs are retained for operational and security purposes for a reasonable period and then purged.
Passwords are stored using salted hashing (PBKDF2). Access is protected by role-based permissions and an optional network allow-list.
